Family Immigration

Your goal is to have your family all together and we can help you achieve that. We understand obtaining permission to bring your loved one to the United States can be lengthy, frustrating and complicated. We are here to help you deal with the application process, prepare for interviews, and attend hearings with you. Some of the matters we have assisted with include:

• Adjustment of Status – while there are some exceptions, this is typically available to those who entered legally and have remained in the United States without interruption. For those foreign nationals who were petitioned by a family member or employer before April 30, 2001, another avenue may exist for Adjustment of Status under Section 245(i) of the Immigration and Nationality Act.

• Consular Processing – when you entered the U.S. illegally or have spent time in the U.S. illegally, you will have to use consular processing to reenter the U.S. legally. We can help you prepare the paperwork, represent you before the government agencies, prep for your interviews, and guide you at every stage of the process.

• K-Visas (Fiancée Visas) – if you are a U.S. citizen engaged to a person living overseas and want your fiancée to come to the United States, we are here to help. We can help with the required paperwork and application process for a K-Visa to ensure there are no mistakes made. We will also ensure you have a complete understanding of the special requirements for these visas so you and your fiancée remain in compliance with U.S. immigration laws.
