Medidas COVID-19

Alfaro Law Group está siguiendo de cerca la actual pandemia de coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19). A medida que la situación continúa cambiando rápidamente, nuestra principal prioridad sigue siendo la salud, la seguridad y el bienestar de nuestro personal, clientes y sus familias. Estamos planeando varios escenarios de contingencia y tomando medidas decisivas e informadas para limitar la propagación de COVID-19 mientras continuamos brindando el mismo nivel de excelentes servicios legales.

La Oficina Permanece Abierta, con ciertas limitaciones

Nuestra oficina permanece abierta y operativa, pero estamos suspendiendo las consultas en persona y la mayoría de las reuniones con clientes, del 16 al 30 de marzo de 2020. Durante este tiempo, ofreceremos consultas telefónicas y por vídeo. Y para nuestros clientes existentes, continuaremos haciendo uso de nuestro portal de clientes en línea, “MyCase”, donde podemos administrar documentos, firmas, pagos y comunicación general de casos activos casos. Llámenos si necesita ayuda para acceder al portal. Durante este tiempo, le agradecemos de antemano su paciencia para responder a sus consultas generales sobre el estado de su caso, ya que parte de nuestro personal puede estar trabajando de forma limitada y remota.

Citas en Persona, Urgentes

Para asuntos urgentes, podemos programar reuniones en persona, pero le pedimos que se abstenga de asistir a las reuniones programadas si tiene síntomas de COVID-19 , ha viajado a uno de los países de alto riesgo designados por la CDC, o ha estado en contacto físico cercano con cualquier persona que experimenta síntomas de COVID-19. Como siempre, le recomendamos que revise el sitio web de la CDC para obtener actualizaciones continuas y consejos sobre cómo mantenerse saludable y estar preparado .

AUDIENCIAS DE INMIGRACIÓN POSPUESTAS

Para los clientes con audiencias pendientes en la corte de inmigración, tenga en cuenta que la Corte de Inmigración ha pospuesto TODAS LAS AUDIENCIAS DE LA CORTE DE INMIGRACIÓN, QUE SEAN FUERA DE CUSTODIA, durante las próximas cuatro semanas (del 17 de marzo al 10 de abril de 2020). Importante: Esto solo es aplicable a las “Audiencias Master” (preliminares) que sean fuera de custodia (cárcel), no se aplica a las “Audiencias Individuales” (juicios), a menos que sea notificado más adelante. REPROGRAMACIÓN DE CITAS DE USCIS

A partir del 18 de marzo, el Servicio de Ciudadanía e Inmigración de Estados Unidos ha suspendido los servicios rutinarios en persona hasta, por lo menos, el 1 de abril, para ayudar a frenar la propagación de la enfermedad de coronavirus (COVID-19). El equipo de trabajo de USCIS continuará con labores las que no conllevan contacto con el público. No obstante, USCIS proporcionará servicios de emergencia en limitadas situaciones. COVID-19 Measures

The Alfaro Law Group is closely monitoring the ongoing Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. As the situation continues to change rapidly, our top priority remains the health, safety, and well-being of our staff, clients, and their families. We are planning for several contingency scenarios and taking decisive, informed action to limit the spread of COVID-19 while continuing to provide the same level of excellent legal services.

Our office remains open, with certain limitations

Our office remains open and operational, but we are suspending in-person consultations and most client meetings, from March 16 to March 30, 2020. During this time, we will offer telephonic and video consultations. And for our existing clients, we will continue to make use of our online Client portal, “MyCase”, where we can manage documents, signatures, payments and general case communication. Please call us if you need help accessing the portal. During this time, we thank you in advance for your patience in responding to your general case status inquiries, as some of our staff may be working limited hours and remotely.

Urgent In-Person Appointments

For urgent or time-sensitive client matters, we may schedule in-person meetings, but we ask that you refrain from attending any scheduled meetings if you have COVID-19 symptoms , have traveled to one of the CDC designated high-risk countries , or have been in close physical contact with anyone experiencing COVID-19 symptoms. As always, we recommend you monitor the CDC website for ongoing updates and tips on how to stay healthy and be prepared .

Immigration Hearings Postponed

For clients with pending immigration court hearings, please take note that the Immigration Court has postponed ALL NON-DETAINED IMMIGRATION COURT HEARINGS for the next four weeks (March 17 – April 10, 2020). Important: This only applies to out-of-custody “Master Calendar Hearings,” not “Individual Hearings” (unless further notified). All other cases will move forward as scheduled. You may verify your court date by accessing the EOIR Automated Case Information system . We urge you to call us if you have any specific questions regarding your case.

RESCHEDULING USCIS APPOINTMENTS

As of March 18, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services has suspended routine in-person services until at least April 1 to help slow the spread of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). USCIS staff will continue to perform duties that do not involve contact with the public. However, USCIS will provide emergency services for limited situations. Please call our office if you have a pending interview or appointment with USCIS and you have any questions or concerns.
